Please pull u-boot-tegra/master into U-Boot/master. Thanks!

All tegra builds are OK (32-bit and 64-bit), and P2571 T210 64-bit boots to
cmd prompt OK.

The following changes since commit 1f8836396de8215b7f460616926052b32597bb29:

  Prepare v2015.10-rc4 (2015-09-28 16:57:42 -0400)
