will kill frees the kernel resources?

Hi all,

need an answer of basic question if some user-level process creates a
message queue and the user kills the process with "kill -9" will kernel
release the memory used by message queue??


on top, is there any linux command to see the list of message queues that
are in use?

Hi, Just go through "man ipcs" and you will find your answer of message
queue :)
