Do you have meta-qt5 in your layers? Seems to be a promise of a nest of snakes :) Perhaps a suggestion before you go down that rabbit hole... Try getting the whole `meta-qt5` that has the required python packages in it already. Perhaps you'll have more luck with that than porting a recipe.
