The selinux namespace work has been rebased on top of the latest selinux/next branch, which in turn is now 4.17-rc1 based.
As before, it can be found at:
https://github.com/stephensmalley/selinux-kernel/tree/selinuxns
As a reminder, this is still highly experimental and has a number of known problems. Use at your own risk.
