Hello,
As https://github.com/orgs/ClangBuiltLinux/people has grown, it no
longer makes sense to have so many admins.
I'll be converting less active members to admins. Please speak up if
you have a good reason why you need to remain an admin.

I've now converted most folks to members. Happy to make changes back
if necessary; just speak up.
