What about __GFP_ACCOUNT allocations in the interrupt context?

e.g.

memalloc_use_memcg(memcg);
--->interrupt
--->alloc_page(GFP_KERNEL_ACCOUNT) in interrupt context.
alloc_page(GFP_KERNEL_ACCOUNT);
memalloc_unuse_memcg();
