[Buildroot] [PATCH 0/8] Bump Freescale/NXP packages to version 4.1.15_2.0.0_ga

Hi all,

This series updates Freescale/NXP packages to be in line with the 4.1.15_2.0.0_ga release[1].

I don't expect this series to be in 2016.11 release necessarily, I just had some time so decided to submit it now.

It was tested on Nitrogen6_MAX with current nitrogen6x_defconfig as a base.

The following xorg.conf was used in order to force the use of the
vivante module:
https://github.com/Freescale/meta-fsl-arm/blob/master/recipes-graphics/xorg-xserver/xserver-xf86-config/mx6/xorg.conf

Note that the X server must be started with the "noreset" option to
avoid crashes when closing X apps.
Tested with:
 # X -noreset &
 # cd /usr/share/examples/viv_samples/vdk/
 # DISPLAY=:0 ./tutorial7
