Hi Ruslan,

Please see all relevant QEMU options for connecting to SPDK vhost controller https://spdk.io/doc/vhost.html#vhost_qemu_config.

Note that the XML you describe is specific for libvirt Domain XML which manages the VMs and uses QEMU.

I'd suggest to first start with trying out the QEMU via supplying the right arguments directly. Then if needed see how the arguments translate to libvirt Domain XML.
Probably some good pointers can be found in https://libvirt.org/formatdomain.html.
