I think such an adjustment should normally come from the person involved; at
the very least we'll need David's consent (or someone at Citrix to confirm only
that new address is expected to work - iirc there are various other people with
working @eu.citrix.com addresses).
I'm also not certain whether - trivial and non-technical or not - we can accept a
patch without Signed-off-by tag.

Agreed. I had been trying to email him regarding some OCaml bits and
was getting a bounce and around the same time Wei forwarded my OCaml
patch to the email address I referenced in the patch. Just trying to
help others out when they're confused why an email bounces that they
got from get_maintainers.pl
