This is true for one IP.  While these three IPs need vram and gtt bo. But as you said below, each IP can have its own BO.

My first design is that each IP call one function, say ib_bo_create() in sw_init to alloc BO, 
and ib_bo_create() check if BO has been allocated by other IP, and re-alloc if domain & size does not match its request.
But to make code a liitle cleaner, I just create two BOs in anohter patchset.

If so, I think that would be a false positive lockdep warning. The real deaklock happens if IB test(through debugfs) triggers a gpu reset. Not sure if that will heppen.
