I must say sorry to all the members of the Linux Newbies list for the off topic
newsletters that arrived on the list from my system. I run a BBS and gate the
list so that Fidonet newbies to Linux have access to the list. As a secondary
aid, I also placed the newsletters in the echo and forgot to filter them out,
which I have now done. I will also check all outgoing posts to the list to make
sure this never happens again

Do you offer access in your BBS via telnet or only by phone call?
Also, if your BBS runs on Linux, what software do you use?

It is avilable mainly via telephone but best if you live in Ireland :) You can
get through to the BBS sometimes during GMT 1800-2300 at tcob1.no-ip.com. Until
last week the bbs was MBSE (mbse.sf.net) but I also used BBBS (www.bbbs.net) Due
to a MB failure, the BBS is running on a XP box.
