[PATCH] ATI Rage 3D Mobility M1 one more try

Hi,

I have found some dumn bugs,
If you willing test it, you can find the patch on

.patch.bz2

Patch should be applyable to 2.6.test* too.

Guess what. I just got a hold of a laptop that has this chipset. I will 
test your patches out.

I know you are gone but I wanted to post results. The driver works pretty 
well except for at the vertical pixel line at 256, 512, etc I get a weird
matrix like effect. Other than that it works.
