TCQ is completely broken on some controls. I know about it. I don't care
about it and I assume Jens will tidy it up when he has finished the more
important stuff. If not its no big deal to kill it until 2.7 - one
trivial config script change

The bug reports are all there on record and useful. It depends if Jens
has time to fix it, or someone else does the job before we begin the
final stabilizing freeze
