[ANNOUNCE] Release v4.4.302-cip69

Hi all,

CIP kernel team has released Linux kernel v4.4.302-cip69.
This is the first 4.4.y-cip release using the 4.4.y tree with extended support in CIP. After
importing patches posted to LTS into 4.4.y-st tree[0], it is imported into CIP tree.
