Add an eDP panel entry for IVO M133NW4J.
Due to lack of documentation, use the delay_200_500_p2e100 timings like
some other IVO entries for now.

Did you check what string your panel reports? For example, using
something like:
# strings /sys/class/drm/card0-eDP-1/edid
...

Can you also check the edid data for the string in case there's been
some mixup? For example,
# strings /sys/class/drm/card0-eDP-1/edid

Mine shows: M133NW4J R3
But since both R0 and R3 have the same product ID, I decided to drop the
revision part, otherwise we would need to add a second entry with the
only difference between them being the revision part (Rx). This is what
I did in patch #2.

Essentially you have one too many hex digits. I'll fix it for you this
time, but please remember for the future.

Pushed to drm-misc-next. I didn't bother doing "drm-misc-fixes"
because it didn't seem urgent and it would have caused a merge
conflict with the next patch.
