Ah.  Hm, a callback in the sysfs file logic seems really hairy, so I
would prefer that not happen.  If no one really needs this stuff, why
not just drop it like you mention?

Ah.  Hm, a callback in the sysfs file logic seems really hairy, so I
would prefer that not happen.  If no one really needs this stuff, why
not just drop it like you mention?
