dmesg with 4.20.0-042000rc6-generic kernel

Various temporary UI freezes when booting Ubuntu 18.10.
dmesg reports various amdgpu warnings and errors.

Also tested with 4.20.0-042000rc6-generic kernel

With 4.20.0-042000rc7-generic it is actually worse. The system hangs with a
black screen while booting with power adapter connected. Without power adapter
it does boot.

hey i have opened a bug report here:

and i want to let you know that you can use 4.16 or 4.15 kernels for temporary
solution and all the people effected from this bug seem to using aspire 5
a515-41g laptop, also i updated to 1.09 bios and still there is no fix.
amd wanted from me to bisect the kernel but i could only found the main commit
and it contains dozens of other commits, but if you want to bisect the kernel
that's might be helpful

Issue has been gone!
As of 5.3.0-050300rc1-generic #201907212232 the issue is have been gone.
i have downloaded and installed the kernel via mainline kernel update utility
on Pop_OS!
tested both vulkan and opengl.
