Building embedded Linux for Atmel SAMA5D4_Xplained with HDMI work not proper.
HDMI does not work.
When I build with buildroot the images for the Atme SASMA5D4_Xaplined Board.
inkl HDMI and fb0 HDMI will not work.
A already change the device tree to the correct dts file. However the fb0 is
present in the rootfs under /dev.
I make a double check. I use the linux4sam demo Image 4.7 and flash it tto my
EvalBoard. HDMI Works perfect. After this i build with buildroot. Board is
booting everthing works but not HDMI.
And no the strange thing. I have replaced file for file from the demo
linux4sam demo Image 4.7. Firts when i take from linux4sam demo Image 4.7 the
at91bootstrap.bin the HDMI works.

Ok i habe investigated the problem. It depends on wrong clock. With the new
bootloader the CPU clock is set to 600 MHZ. But the kernel does not handle this
correct.

While a real problem, this bug is not a Buildroot problem, but rather a kernel
problem that should be discussed with the Atmel kernel maintainers.

I've never had any luck all with linux4sam.com, and have given up
using it. Questions are usually completely ignored. If there are any
responses, they're usually way off base. You might as well walk down
the street and ask panhandlers: it appears to be the clueless leading
the incompetent. You might try contacting your Atmel FAE to see if he
can help. There also used to be one or two knowlegable Atmel
employees who participated in comp.arch.embedded, but that was several
years ago.
