Hello, all.

The UBIFS FAQ states that UBIFS does not support NFS exporting and
refers to the mail exchange from 2008 which discusses this.

Is it (UBIFS does not support NFS export) true today, in 2017?

Thanks a lot!

More or less. I've working on it:
https://lkml.org/lkml/2016/12/1/711

Hint: Testers are welcome.

Maybe it will be part of v4.13.

Depends on your definition of "relatively". :-)
It is doable for sure.

It should work just like every other NFS export.
Maybe you have to set a filesystem id in your exports file too.

Yes.
Since Linus did a -rc8 we got one more week, maybe we can even get
it in v4.12.
