This series completes the support of MSIs for ACPI guest featuring an ITS.

It generates an ACPI IORT table which describes the IO relationship between
the root complex and the ITS. This typically enables vhost-net support on
such guest.

The series applies on top of Drew's series:
[PATCH 0/2] couple ITS support fixups, which is now on target-arm.next.

Original contribution was sent by Prem Mallapa in
[PATCH v2 9/9] [optional] arm: smmu-v3: ACPI IORT initial support,
part of [PATCH v2 0/9] SMMUv3 Emulation support.
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/qemu-devel/2016-08/msg04350.html

Prem's 1st integration targetted Root Complex - vSMMU relationship
description whereas this series targets RC - ITS description.

This was tested with a v4.8 guest + rebased Tomasz' series:
- [PATCH V11 0/8] Introduce ACPI world to ITS,
  https://lkml.org/lkml/2016/9/12/926

History:
v1 -> v2:
- addressed Drew's comments, see individual patches

Prem's version -> v1:
- split into 2 separate patches
- iort struct field names match include/acpi/actbl2.h 's ones
- added ITS node
- added ID mapping in RC node
- removed smmu mode

ACPI Spec 6.0 introduces IO Remapping Table Structure. This patch
introduces the definitions required to describe the IO relationship
between the PCIe root complex and the ITS.

This conforms to:
"IO Remapping Table System Software on ARM Platforms",
Document number: ARM DEN 0049B, October 2015.

v1 -> v2:
- took into account Drew's comments:
  cleanup comments, remove most defines, add ACPI_IORT_NODE_HEADER_DEF

This patch builds an IORT table that features a root complex node and
an ITS node. This complements the ITS description in the ACPI MADT
table and allows vhost-net on ACPI guest.

v1 -> v2:
- its_class_name() || !guest_info->no_its now wraps acpi_add_table
  and build_iort
- add cpu_to_le*
- CCA = CPM = DACS = 1
- cleanup according to Drew's comments
- remove comments listing tables and spec revisions

table_data->len - iort_start = sizeof(*iort), I think the later would
be nicer to use.

/madt/MADT/
can probably drop the '= 0' in the comment

I'd still like a comment for output_reference stating that this is where
we're mapping the output of the root complex to the ITS group node.

I think we can drop this flags assignment, otherwise we need to comment
it.

In the past Shannon told me to use the same field names as the ones in
the linux header, hence that choice.

Preferred way to build/pack ACPI tables info is to use
build_append_foo() functions.
That way you won't have to care about endianness avoiding
mistakes at assignment time. Also you won't need to declare
intermediate structures to do packing and will have more
compact code (only a single function) and better documented
at that if every build_append_foo() is accompanied by
comment matching field description from ACPI spec.
Pls see build_amd_iommu() as example.

If you redo this series that way it will become single patch.

We've raised this before with Shannon, but it was already too late
for most tables. Now all tables in hw/arm/virt-acpi-build.c are
done in the style of this series, and I'd prefer we keep the style
consistent. If I ever get some free time to experiment then I might
try rewriting all of them in the build_append_ style to see how it
looks though.

Thanks,
drew

This follows one Drew's comment stating this was not really useful to
continue maintaining it. If Shannon agrees I can submit a separate patch
then to remove it. Waiting for Shannon's answer ...

Thank you for the info. Well so let's keep it as is if nobody objects.

Thanks
