This series updates the ethtool code for four drivers that recently
add the skb_tx_timestamp hook. Since these drivers now support
software transmit time stamps, let us also advertise this via ethtool.

This series updates the ethtool code for four drivers that recently
add the skb_tx_timestamp hook. Since these drivers now support
software transmit time stamps, let us also advertise this via ethtool.
