Hi all!
Is there any reason to keeping two functionally identical copies of settings.cpp in both phosphor-host-ipmid and phosphor-net-ipmid? Why not move it to some common library?

Hello Alexander,
With the refactored net-ipmid and host-ipmid, it can be removed from
phosphor-net-ipmid.
