No right clicks or multitouch with touchpad "ITE Tech. Inc. ITE Device(8910)" ID 04f3:074a

Hello,

the integrated touchpad mentioned below is built into my Medion Akoya
S2218 / MD99590 based on a Z3735F "Bay Trail" chipset. This device is
not a 2-in-1, but a traditional laptop with a non-detachable keyboard:

This is a very nice laptop, but the touchpad is missing functionality
with 4.13-rc3: There are only left clicks, no right click and no
multitouch gestures.

Please advice on how I can help to debug or improve this.
