[Buildroot] GCC installation and BR2_JLEVEL

Hello there,

I managed to enable GCC 9 Ada support on Buildroot 2020.02.8 however, as reported by others on the Web, GCC installation fails using –jN
with N > 2, leading to an unusable Ada toolchain in output host. Everything works fine with N <= 2 instead.

I can simply set BR2_JLEVEL = 2 but this of course affects compilation time of all packages, is there a way, even patching some file(s), to use
–j2 for GCC only and BR2_JLEVEL = 0 for all other packages?
