Summary:                    Compile of gcc3.4.4 libgcc fails for armeb with no
FPU
Description: 
The second phase of the gcc compile fails when configuring libstc++.

This also occurs with 3.4.5.

It appears that the patch "arm-softfloat.patch.conditional" is missing and
causes this error.
