x86/AMD: work around erratum 793 for 32-bit
The original change went into a 64-bit only code section, thus leaving
the issue unfixed on 32-bit. Re-order code to address this.
This is part of CVE-2013-6885 / XSA-82.

Is this again fallout from some osstest of infrastructure change?
I ask because this single change:

I think this is because of some changes to osstest but I'm not 100%
sure which ones. The actual error is:
xl: error while loading shared libraries: libxlutil.so.1.0: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
from "xl list". The relevant change to osstest must be in

libxlutil.so.1.0 had been put in /usr/lib64 by the Xen 4.1 build
system. That's not on the library search path (at least in Debian
wheezy).
I propose the following change to osstest to fix this problem. I have
verified in an ad-hoc test that it appears to fix the problem with
osstest and 4.1.

This is safe on newer autoconf using Xens, right? I think this is the
case because with newer Xen:
