My ALSA amidicat program

Hello!  A few years ago, we talked on the alsa-devel mailing list.

I had written a program "amidicat" which was well received.  It's been a
while, and I just now remembered it again.

You mentioned that such a program might be useful to have in alsa-utils.
 Is this still the case?  If so, I would be honored to get my program in
there.

Could you simply submit a patch?  Then we review and merge it to the
git repo.
