We should classify the espfix area as such only if we actually have
enabled the corresponding option. Otherwise the page table dump might
look confusing.

x86-64, ptdump: Mark espfix area only if existent

We should classify the espfix area as such only if we actually have
enabled the corresponding option. Otherwise the page table dump might
look confusing.
