Fix to return a negative error code from the error handling
case instead of 0, as done elsewhere in this function.

Fixes: fb9b04574f14 ("scsi: mpi3mr: Add support for recovering controller")
Fixes: 824a156633df ("scsi: mpi3mr: Base driver code")
