Change FC drivers to use 'struct bsg_job' from bsg-lib.h instead of 'struct
fc_bsg_job' from scsi_transport_fc.h and remove 'struct fc_bsg_job'.

Change FC drivers to use 'struct bsg_job' from bsg-lib.h instead of 'struct
fc_bsg_job' from scsi_transport_fc.h and remove 'struct fc_bsg_job'.
