Thanks, George.
So what is it good for, with only the #ifdef/#els/#endif clause? It
seems more reasonable to me that we hold all 3 patches till next
version, and at that time the __XEN_INTERFACE_VERSION__ should be
compared against 0x000408000 in the #ifdef I guess?
