x86/thread_info: Remove _TIF_ALLWORK_MASK
There is no user of _TIF_ALLWORK_MASK since commit
21d375b6b34ff ("x86/entry/64: Remove the SYSCALL64 fast path").
Remove the unused define _TIF_ALLWORK_MASK.
