Change since v4:
 - fine tune the mipi_tx->ref_clk and mipi_tx->pll sequence
   1. Prepare mipi_tx->ref_clk
   2. Prepare mipi_tx->pll
   3. Enable mipi_tx->ref_clk
   4. Enable mipi_tx->pll

Changes since v3:
 - turn off PLL before setting PLL parameters.

Changes since v2:
 - update Acked-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>
 - update mt8183 max bit rate support

Changes since v1:
 - update dt-bindings document for mt8183 mipitx.
 - remove mtk_mipitx_clk_get_ops and assign clk_ops in probe.
 - fix the lincence
 - remove txdiv1 from mtk_mipi_tx_pll_prepare

This patch add mt8183 mipi_tx driver.
And also support other chips that use the same binding and driver.

In mtk_mipi_tx_power_on(), it calls

clk_prepare_enable(mipi_tx->pll);

This function break into

clk_prepare(mipi_tx->pll);

and

clk_enable(mipi_tx->pll);

In clk_prepare(), it would finally call into clk_core_prepare() [1], and
you could see

		ret = clk_core_prepare(core->parent);

		if (core->ops->prepare)
			ret = core->ops->prepare(core->hw);

This mean, before this clock is prepare, ccf would prepare its parent
clock, so you need not to prepare parent clock in this clock's prepare
callback function.

I think you need not to keep ref_clk in driver private data because you
would not use it any more.

This version is different than previous version, so I think you should
remove the Acked-by tag. Or Rob could give a tag again on this patch.
