Is F2FS (Samsung's Flash-Friendly File System) faster than EXT4 for Android 9.0 (Pie) and Android 10.0 Smartphones?

Android 9.0 (Pie) has Linux kernel versions 4.4.107, 4.9.84, and 4.14.42, and was initially released on 6 August 2018.

Android "Q" or Android 10.0  is the upcoming tenth major release and the 17th version of the Android mobile operating system. The final release of Android Q is scheduled for release in the third quarter of 2019.
