commit 23da9588037e forget handle start_unregistering() case,
while header->parent is NULL, it calls erase_header
as above syzkaller call Trace, accessing &header->parent->root
will tigger another NULL pointer dereference.
As commit 23da9588037e explained, there also no need call
start_unregistering() if header->parent is NULL.
