Hi,

I'm seeing a problem with a SATA device hotplug. When the device is
reinserted after
blockdev --flushbufs /dev/sdb
echo 1 > /sys/block/sdb/device/delete
it comes up at the original speed. When there is a surprise removal and
the device is later reinserted it comes up with a slower speed (see log
below). The device is attached to a C620 Chipset.

Thank you for any ideas where to look or how to fix it.
I don't have direct access to the server so debugging is limited.
