The SIGSTKSZ constant may not represent enough stack size in some
architectures as the hardware state size grows.

Use getauxval(AT_MINSIGSTKSZ) to increase the stack size.

The test measures the kernel's signal delivery with different (enough vs.
insufficient) stack sizes.
