I recommend adding something like:

#if ARRAY_SIZE(formats) > VPFE_MAX_ACTIVE_FMT
	#error must update VPFE_MAX_ACTIVE_FMT
#endif

to am437x-vpfe.c.

Or something along those lines. Don't rely on just the comment :-)
