question on spi-nor/controllers/: nothing builds it?

I'm looking at 5.7.0-rc1, and I notice there is now a
drivers/mtd/spi-nor/controllers Makefile, but for the life of me, I
can't find anything that builds what is in there.

Am I missing something? When I enable CONFIG_SPI_INTEL_SPI_PLATFORM it
does not get compiled.
