The following commit is also in Linus Torvalds' tree as a different commit
(but the same patch):
2da6b3c1317e ("Revert "dm: use queue_limits_set"")
This is commit
bff4b74625fe ("Revert "dm: use queue_limits_set"")
in Linus' tree.
