Hi,
for my Arch PKGBUILD I tried https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/
as well as https://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/ to
download the sources for 5.0.21-rt12, but download speed is that slow,
that I manually interrupted the download.
Is there an issue with the kernel.org server or is it more likely an
issue by my ISP, an IXP or whatsoever?

For what it's worth, I just got 13 MB/s. Seems fine here.

Hi,
thank you. I got between 0 and very seldom up to 1000 KB/s, but in the
meantime I could download the sources. There was neither time to report
back that the downloads worked, nor to boot the new kernel.
