Subject: [RFC PATCH v3 10/10] watchdog: bd70528: Initial support for ROHM BD70528 watchdog block
Date: Wed, 30 Jan 2019 11:22:50 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <b8d625a56d206dd6458c8f9495be4fdef0d10ebe.1548838724.git.matti.vaittinen@fi.rohmeurope.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <cover.1548838724.git.matti.vaittinen@fi.rohmeurope.com>
Initial support for watchdog block included in ROHM BD70528
power management IC.
Configurations for low power states are still to be checked.

I decided to see how it looks if I don't include the MFD data
pointer to struct wdtbd70528 and if I just use lock pointer
and offset_of() when I need the struct bd70528.
By the way, the WDG provides an IRQ - would it be nice to
get a print spilled out if the dog barks? There's some small
delay after interrupt before the power goes down, so the print
_might_ make it to the log (depending on system of course).
