[1.] One line summary of the problem:
85% decrease performance in iwlwifi from 3.2.0-29-generic to 
3.15.0-031500rc5-generic

[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
Very low wireless speeds on 'Intel Corporation Centrino Advanced-N + 
WiMAX 6250'. Using iperf: 27.1 Mbits/sec. Using rsync: 3.31MB/s.

Same machine on kernel 3.2 is almost 10 times faster: iperf: 172 
Mbits/sec, rsync: 19.83MB/s.

Both tests on same wireless network: d-link router on the 5Ghz range.

We disabled TX AMPDU by default due to issues users were seeing. If
