Clarify in the documentation that perf mem report reports
use-latency, not load/store-latency on Intel systems.
This often causes confusion with users.

perf mem: Clarify load-latency in documentation
Clarify in the documentation that 'perf mem report' reports use-latency,
not load/store-latency on Intel systems.
