Note: this is compile only tested.
Variable was not used anywhere in the code, remove it and save 20 bytes.

add/remove: 0/1 grow/shrink: 0/0 up/down: 0/-20 (-20)

Constifying and declaring as static saves 160 bytes.

crypto_ is not a good prefix here.  Perhaps crypto_bcm_.
