locking/qrwlock: Change "queue rwlock" to "queued rwlock"

Queued rwlock was originally named "queue rwlock" which wasn't quite
grammatically correct. However there are still some "queue rwlock"
references in the code. Change those to "queued rwlock" for consistency.
