Hi,
Building 2.4.6pre2 with 3c59x.c as a module causes do_softirq to be
reported as an unresolved symbol during module load.
2.4.6pre1 has a similar problem
2.4.5 works without a fuss.
Versions:
modutils 2.4.6
egcs 1.1.2

The fix has already been mailed to linux-kernel. The mail archives are
your friend.
