This patchset:
    (1)Preparation for adding GTDT support in arm_arch_timer:
        1. Move some enums and marcos to header file;
        2. Add a new enum for spi type;
        3. Improve printk relevant code;
        4. use readq to get 64-bit CNTVCT.

    (2)Introduce ACPI GTDT parser: drivers/acpi/arm64/acpi_gtdt.c
    Parse all kinds of timer in GTDT table of ACPI:arch timer,
    memory-mapped timer and SBSA Generic Watchdog timer.
    This driver can help to simplify all the relevant timer drivers,
    and separate all the ACPI GTDT knowledge from them.

    (3)Simplify ACPI code for arm_arch_timer

    (4)Add GTDT support for ARM memory-mapped timer

This patchset has been tested on the following platforms:
    (1)ARM Foundation v8 model

To support the arm_arch_timer via ACPI we need to share defines and enums
between the driver and the ACPI parser code.

Split out the relevant defines and enums into arm_arch_timer.h.

This patch defines pr_fmt(fmt) for all pr_* functions,
then the pr_* doesn't need to add "arch_timer:" everytime.

Also delete some Blank Spaces in arch_timer_banner,
according to the suggestion from checkpatch.pl.

No functional change.

This patch adds support for parsing arch timer in GTDT,
provides some kernel APIs to parse all the PPIs and
always-on info in GTDT and export them.

By this driver, we can simplify arm_arch_timer drivers, and
separate the ACPI GTDT knowledge from it.

The patch update arm_arch_timer driver to use the function

export all the info by filling the struct which provided
by parameter(pointer of the struct).

By this driver, we can add ACPI support for memory-mapped timer in
arm_arch_timer drivers, and separate the ACPI GTDT knowledge from it.

This driver adds support for parsing SBSA Generic Watchdog timer
in GTDT, parse all info in SBSA Generic Watchdog Structure in GTDT,
and creating a platform device with that information.

This allows the operating system to obtain device data from the
resource of platform device. The platform device named "sbsa-gwdt"
can be used by the ARM SBSA Generic Watchdog driver.

I would prefer something like

		pr_err(FW_BUG "Failed to retrieve timer information from firmware (invalid data)\n");

which is clear enough IMO and doesn't require whoever reads this message
to know anything about ACPI/GTDT etc.

What's the benefit of doing this? If you use readq here, how can we
guarantee that (a) the endpoint won't generate a SLVERR or similar and
(b) that we get an atomic read?

benefit:
1. simplify the code
2. from arch/arm64/include/asm/io.h, I guess readq is more efficient

I think so, according to arch/arm64/include/asm/io.h.
readq Implement by "LDR" and "LDAR", So I think It is an atomic read.

And the harm is that it breaks the build on ARM, because ARM doesn't
provide readq (as it can't, as not all CPUs on ARM support 64-bit
reads) and it's not appropriate for architecture code to emulate it.
Consider carefully why the original code has that loop present -
only a device driver hows how to read a 64-bit register safely using
two 32-bit reads.  Such a loop may not be appropriate for some other
device.

So... as the 0-day builder detected a failure on ARM with this, NAK.

If you want to make this conditional on readq() being present, that'd
be acceptable, but you must support the case where readq() is not
provided.
