[PATCH] lib/test_string.c: move string selftest in the Runtime Testing menu

STRING_SELFTEST is presented in the "Library routines" menu.
Move it in Kernel hacking > Kernel Testing and Coverage > Runtime Testing
together with other similar tests found in lib/
