Clean up spacing style issues reported by checkpatch in the os_dep
directory.

CHECK: spaces preferred around that ...
CHECK: No space is necessary after a cast
WARNING: space prohibited before semicolon
WARNING: space prohibited between function name and open parenthesis '('
ERROR: spaces required around that '=' (ctx:VxV)
